Many Talents

Everyone was born with talents - at least one that differs oneself from another. Some might have more talents, some might just have one. No matter how many talents we have, we need to discover them and put them to good use.

I once had a friend who is very talented, for she can't speak. She can dance, draw and paint, decorate.. as long as it has something to do with arts, she proves to be the best. Her talents were not confined to herself only. She danced for her school dance competition, and drew and painted lovely art to raise funds for the area's blind society. She practiced her skills and rose to higher standards where she sent a message to the world that despite being dumb, she could be as talented as the world's most well-known dancer and artist.

Another friend of mine has similar talents. However, she never bothers to find out what her talents are actually worth because she feels that being dumb, the world turns down on her and she is useless. For that, her talents remain buried in herself. The effect of that: she lost her talents and could never gain them back. She regreted after 10 years when she discovered the beauty of dance and art. She ought to have expanded her skills so that in mere future she would touch the lives of many others through her talents no others would own. Turning back the time was the only way to make up for it, but it was too late.

With these, no talent should be hidden. Every skill, every knowledge should be shared and make known to others. Take time to know your talents, and don't be shy to use them. you'll never know how it can make a difference in the lives of others.

Yes, I agree with that. But, I wonder, do different people have different way to polish their talent?
